Has that question already been asked? Sorry...

I watch Lost. It is the only television series I watch. I used to watch x-files when it was on, but that is long over. I don't know if I will ever watch anything again once Lost is over. I don't really like TV, and I got hooked to it through the DVD set after the first season came out.

Can you remember your dreams upon awakening, or do they slip away from you?

No, but I give that answer a lot Smile (also when asked, for example, what my favourite book is)

I almost always can remember then.

Are you able to manipulate your dreams?

No, unfortunately. If I could, I'd probably be dreaming up the answers to my homework in my sleep. >_>; Of course, the next problem would be retention...

If you were offered immortality, would you accept it? Why or why not?

Immortality with a youthful body and mind? Cause if not? Fuck that. Can you imagine how degenerative your body and mind would be after 200 years?

How many times have you been admitted to a hospital?

More times that I care to remember. Having diabetes helps. As a kid whenever I threw up or some such, I had to go to the hospital at least for a day or two, so they could feed glucose to my system. Nowadays, I'm as healthy as an ox, even if I do say so myself, knock on wood, eh?

What angers you most? Myself, it has to be hypocrites and ungratefulness, the two oft times go hand to hand. I just *hate* these human "traits".

Close-mindedness. Ignorance only bothers me if it is chosen ignorance. Unfortunately, there is a lot of that in this world...

That used to be a hard question to answer. But I think its safe to say I'm happiest in your company Smile Sorry for stealing your question with a cheesy answer...

How many of your pets have passed away (or just disappeared) in your lifetime?

Three? (Not including the individual fish-- those disappear quite more easily, especially goldfish and the like). I remember a bird, and a dog... and one for all the fish that have gone over the years. And I currently have a cat right now, but she ain't gone yet.

Any unusual allergies?

I'm allergic to kiwi fruit. Being an exotic fruit, one doesn't find many with this allergy. It's the only thing I can't eat ((of which I'm aware)).

I don't know if this counts, since it is really multiple things, but it is more the idea and feelings it contains.

I have a box filled with memorable things I've collected over the years, mostly from when I started dating my wife. There are other things in there as well, including several smaller boxes which I would hate to have to part with. One is an old cigar box that barely holds itself together. Another is a small box with a red velvet interior and asian drawings along the top. There are all kinds of things in there, but its what it represents, great memories from hard and turbulent times, that means more than what it holds.

If you could go back in time and change something you have done, knowing that it could change everything at the current moment, would you do it? Would you risk losing everything you have now to change a mistake or missed opportunity from the past?

I used to say that I wouldn't change anything about my past, because I was afraid of losing the things I had. I didn't want to lose what few things I was blessed with in my life.

These days, I start wondering if changing things might not be so bad. Perhaps I could change whatever caused me to lose my will to live. Maybe then I could have dreams and aspirations; goals and desires. I think I could be happier that way.

Feeding or holding birds. I don't know why, it always has.

I always become happy when I start reading a great opening. There is nothing more beautiful than a well crafted hook. A beautiful hook ensnares you, as the fish is impaled by the fishing hook. Darn you Hermes!

I don't know. Something playful. A dolphin? I like swimming. It's quite fun.

What is a "classic" that you feel is severely overrated?

Can I say Shakespear? (I know I'll get a lot of shit for that...)

If in college, what one college class do you feel as changed your life in some way? Either by adding some important piece of knowledge to your brain or just helping you decide what exactly you want to do with your life.

I can really only comment on what I have taken so far. I absolutely loved Dr. Traylor's PoliSci 201. He focused on the Constitution for almost the whole semester. It was quite enlightening.

My favorite high school teacher was my JROTC instructor Gregory Underwood. He was really the only father-figure I had ever had before my father-in-law. He was an important part of my development at the time, and he helped me find myself, and the structure of the class helped me control my...personal problems.

Who is/was the worst teacher in high school and why?

A woman by the name of Mrs. Delgado. She was perhaps the worst teacher I have ever met. She taught religion out of a text book that stated that D&D was the second step to Satanism (right above heavy metal) and that dating one man exclusively was not healthy. The crazy bitch even made test questions that made little sense at all. I swear she didn't listen to half the questions the class asked her.

I've seen Napoleon Dynamite 32 times. Not out of my own free will, mind you, but because it's one of my mother's favorite movies. I can speak with every line in that movie now.

What are your thoughts religiously?
