Oooh, you had rats too, Misery? Aw, and don't feel bad about the cage. We actually had them in a much smaller one (when we just had two), but at one short point, we had six rats at once, so a bigger cage (it's actually a ferret cage) was needed. ^^ It's great to meet another rattie parent here, even if you aren't any longer, hehe.

Yeah, I had one when I was young and my mom had cancer. It was actually 2, but one of them bit the shit out of me when I tried to take it out of it's cage, so we had to take it back. The one that stayed was a wonderful pet. I got two more a few years later. All of them lived way longer than they should have, but they don't have the longest lifespans....

Aw, I'm very sorry to hear that your mom had cancer. Ouch, and that's not good at all either that one of the rats bit you! They really shouldn't do that, rats. I wonder if it had bad experiences in the pet store? That's great though that the other rat (and rats to follow) were good pets. :] Yeah, it's sad that they really can't live longer. It's hard losing any kind of pet, especially when you have to say goodbye after such a short time.

Yeah, I remember the first one died of a lung infection, we were about to have to put him to sleep but he died in my arms when they were getting ready to take him to the vet.

Lol I pictured a creepy/nasty Snape in my mind before I saw the movies. Now, I can't help but view ALL the characters as how they're portrayed in the films. I do wish though that the movies didn't change anything that drastic, like for instance, the Ravenclaw colors. (This upsets me, since Ravenclaw is my favorite House hehe.)

Sooo, in the movie, Snape ISN'T with Lily?! But that's like...a huge part of his background! I still have to see the movie (seeing it this weekend), so don't give too much away just yet!
