Yeah! It's my favorite of the two I posted for sure. I just like that camera angles are able to make me look thinner and like I have a more feminine figure than I actually do in the second. =P

Blackrock, is this a picture you've posted in the past? It looks familiar. Too bad it's so filmy, but otherwise, it looks good. =3

I also agree that the picture looks familiar Blackrock.

It looks familiar but it's not the same! Probably because I took it in front of the same mirror, with the same crappy camera (although it was less dirty the last time around). Still, good observation skills, I hadn't noticed how much they looked alike.

As for figures and the like...I have to agree with Mel, you look perfectly "feminine" in both pictures. The lines are always there I guess, it's just a matter of how we perceive them. (people are always critical when it comes to their own pictures, I've noticed)

Mel, that's the beauty of camera angles. In reality, if I was any thinner, I would change from having a pear shape to having a rectangular shape, but I would also look awesome and have something near a flat stomach which only random camera angles can give to me. I want to get fit. Honestly, it's easier to make curves on a rectangular shape than to try to even out my curves while working with a pear shape.

I'm not ashamed of my body. I just wouldn't mind having a better one. It's just a pain in the ass trying to get it where I want it to be.

Blackrock, you're right. I am extremely critical of my own pictures. Honestly, when I go on a photoshoot ((amateur as it may be)), I may take fifty pictures and keep five. =3

I really like that shot of you, Ryona. I've always thought you're very pretty! My only sad critique is that the background is more focused than you are, but I know from experience that one can't always control the focus a point-and-shoot camera will take. At least the background is lovely!

It's my Nikon SLR and it was on manual setting, I just turned it around and took a picture of myself (hey! I was here too!) but didn't bother to switch it to auto, thus the out of focus-ness ^_^

Ooooh. Well, if it's any consolation, I didn't even immediately realize it was focused behind you and not directly on you. I only noticed it as I drooled over the background for a moment, and I thought, "Wow! That's really focused!" Then I realized that my eye was drawn to the background due to the focus, and I looked between the two, and I realized what happened.

I have a lot of experience with my camera not focusing where I want it to be focused though it happens a LOT less with my Canon than it did with every Kodak I've ever owned.

Still a good picture of you regardless. =3
