Betrayal of Fear

They came for you in your sleep. You were awoken by the sound of splintering wood as men dressed all in black smashed their way into your house. Just as you are getting your bearings and sitting up in your bed a black bag is shoved over your head and pulled tight around your neck. You feel a jab in your right arm and before you realise what is happening your head becomes heavy and you slip back into the thralls of sleep.

After what feels like weeks you slowly awaken, to find yourself in a brilliantly white room with a glass front. You look down and realise your clothes aren't actually your clothes. You are dressed in a medical gown. As you look about the room you see a back pack and a pile of clothes in the corner. You take a closer look at the clothes and it turns out that they are combat clothing. You look in the pack and find several days worth of water and food. A voice booms through speakers in the ceiling. “Please get changed into the clothes provided and pick up your things. Exit through the door on the far left wall.” You hadn't noticed it before but now you saw a door slide open on the far left wall. Where it led to you couldn't even begin to guess.


So now you must be wondering where this is going. The door? It leads to a maze. The injection? Brings your fears to life. The objective, to get out alive.
