Thank you everyone for your birthday wishes. I'm never one to make a big deal of my birthday but I do appreciate all the love. And to answer Kathryn's questions. It went well. As I said I do not make a big deal about it. And since my wife had just left back to Canada I wasn't much in the party mood. Though one of my friends did drag me out of the house to a Internet cafe/e game bang/ whatever you call it. And we played from 9pm to 6am. Now as boring as this might sound it's not because 1. Left 4 Dead 2. Enough said. 2. This is place is in one of the many little Tokyo hubs that dot the LA landscape. Which means this place for the gamers was JUMPING. Music, shouting, and (I swear I was a good boy ) gaming Asian girls. So yes...a good time was had.

Tonight is a simple dinner with the family at one of my favorite restaurants. Still feels strange to have an important day of the year without my wife. But I suppose that just means we will have to make up for the lost day another time.

And thank you Kalon I've never had anyone give me a Deadpool moment before. O.O

I'm glad you had a pretty decent birthday despite not being able to celebrate with your wife. I can understand playing a game for so long. When I visited Misery, we played a game, and I lost track of time so easily with it.

I'm happy to hear you had a good birthday, even though you weren't able to spend it with your wife. The internet cafe sounds sweet! We have one or two here, but they aren't nearly as cool as yours sounds.
