Questions, queries, comments or complaints?

Whether another officer being posted to the same ship as Ericks, a simple passenger of the cruise ship, or anything else that might come to mind, anything is plausible and could be worked into the story with ease.

It could be they meet here, and again over the next few years as Ericks rises through the ranks. Someone posted to a different ship, and they simply happen to bump into each other from time to time in the next few years. Friend or rival, even a pirate or criminal. I'm open to just about anything.
