About time I did this

I found FoG a while back, but there were some problems I had at the moment with registering and forgot to come back when they weren't an issue. XD

The name is Keileon, however I also go by Kuda or Kudamon, the later being an alias of mine for nearly four years now. While I am still familiarizing myself with the forum, I know how they usually work. I'm an administrator of another roleplaying forum and have been both a moderator and an administrator of a Pokemon fangame forum, so I know the generic rules and such and I know not to break them. If I ever come off as irritated, don't take it personally- I'm relatively quick to set off but in general I'm good-natured and easy to get along with.

I've been roleplaying for... seven years, I think? I guess some of that doesn't count because I started off on Neopets. I mainly roleplay fantasy, though I'm willing to spread out into other genres, especially if they happen to be fandom. In addition, I'm pretty well-versed in a statistical roleplaying system that I suppose I'll attempt to bring over here once I've properly settled in. ^^ In the meantime, I'll browse, lurk, and join what strikes my fancy~ I run my own roleplay canon, which I will also likely bring here.

Some miscellaneous information... uh, I'm 18, female, live in Minnesota even though I really can't take the cold. <_< While I'm a little reserved in real life, online I can be very social unless someone is consistently annoying me, at which point one finds themselves on my "neutral-hostile" list which can be very hard to remove oneself from.

So yeah. That should be about it. Hope to make some friends here~

I'm glad that you remembered us and that you did not have any trouble registering this time around. It sounds like you've been around the role playing block, so to speak I started out role playing on GaiaOnline, and I think most of us have had similar beginnings of role playing (at least, those of us who began role playing at a younger age). I do think those years should count

FOG has its own set of rules that are probably similar to what you are used to, but it doesn't hurt to read through them anyway. On the off chance you have any questions, please feel free to PM any of the mods, or ask for help here. There are plenty of members who would be willing to help you.

Anyway, I would say that role-playing on Neopets counts. My first forays into role-playing were on mIRC and AOL chatrooms. Just because the role-playing is pretty much awful when we begin, it doesn't mean it doesn't count. That would be like an artist claiming their early attempts never counted because they were no good. Most people don't magically begin as experts. It takes time and practice to get better. ^^_^^

Oh goodness... Minnesota really is cold. Like you, I can't take the cold, but I live in Utah where it's cold for 3/4 of the year. :: shudders :: Before that, I lived in Iowa where it also gets cold, but there's a better balance to it all. =D

You'll find that the people on FoG are very warm and welcoming, and it should be very easy to befriend most of us. I hope you enjoy yourself here!

Ahh Neopets. I never role-played there, but I still remember my beloved red Scorchio. No idea how many years it's been.
