Fact: I am allergic to summer. Or rather the pollen/grass that is what makes up a majority of summer. Plus I don't do very good in the heat. So yeah, I feel like I am allergic to summer.

I have an obsession with books. My house is filled with bookshelves which are, obviously, filled with books. But my obsession goes farther than that... I can't stand putting creases in books. Even cheap paper back books. All of my books are in pristine condition. I won't even open the book all of the way for fear of creasing the binding.

Fact: I drew my profile picture.

Fact: the only artistic ability I have comes with drawing machine parts. I can draw machine parts just fine, people are reduced to sticks though. That's why my first degree was in mechanical design.

I have been having a reoccurring dream about a circus. A really totally wickedly awesome circus of my own design. The audience has to arrive through an underground hall where costumed guards and escorts bring them up through the floor of the main stage. They are taken through a wild crowd of my folk before they find their seats. And the seats are less like a stadium and more like floors in The Lost Boys' treehouse village, spiraling around the wall of the building all the way up to the ceiling.

Best dream ever. I wish I got more sleep.

Fact: I have serious hoarder tendencies. I never want to throw any thing that I just might use again someday.

I have serious hoarder tendencies in video games. I collect everything I come across.

I was born in Paris France.

Fact: I was supposed to be painting doors today but my painting partner disappeared so I decided to work on my RP From the Ashes instead. I got all my back-work on it done and am waiting for Silvan to PM me again. Not to bad for a few hours work!

Fact: I'm been terrified of bees and wasps ever seince a bee stung me in the ear as a young child. It's so bad I can't watch them on television. The real ones. Cartoons are fine.

I love the movie Airplane. And I think puns are awesome.

During sleepytime, I wake up every hour on the hour. ...Actually, last night it was 7 minutes past the hour. Every time.

^ Wouldn't that make sleepytime more like multiple nap time?

Fact: Yesterday I learned that I am not a painter and I still have 3 rooms to go. And they are going to get progressively more difficult. Fun times (not really).

I am goofy footed. Although, if there's a word for ambidexterity-of-the-feet then I might be that. I'm not fussy when I snowboard.

Fact: I was able to get 3 of the 4 rooms painted before heading home. Not too bad for 5 days worth of work and trying to battle an intense addiction to a recently discovered series (Breaking Bad).

I never finished reading the Terry Goodkind series. Got annoyed when it didn't seem to be ending, or even moving forward very much. It was going in circles.

Fact: I have found myself getting much pickier about the books I read. I catch up on the series I follow when new books come out, but I also like to read other stuff in the meantime. I'm just...picky about what it is.

Fact: It's amazing how many games I ALMOST finish, but then get distracted by something. Following this, when I go back to the original game, I have forgotten how I was training characters/plot progression and the like, and am forced to start a new game. Two hours later? I am pissed off because I JUST remembered enough to have continued where I left it.

Fact: It is astounding how many bands I know of. So many that I forget half of them at any given time...

I have a serious addiction...to stories. I can not get enough stories. It's just impossible, unless they suck. Bad stories drive me up the wall, because I see opportunities for them to have been at least passable wasted.

As a corollary, I adore books. E-readers are convenient, I don't deny that. They're just missing something, in my opinion. A book in the trash just about breaks my heart, unless it's an out of date reference book. That's fine. Just don't forget to recycle. There is no thumbs up smiley. Bummer.

Nobody likes to sit next to me while watching movies or tv shows, because I can't stop talking to the characters on screen. I yell advice, ask questions, critique, and generally annoy everyone around me. Once in a rare great while, I find someone who also talks in the movies, and we sit together far away from everyone else.

Fact: I like watching bad movies to see how to not do things when it comes to writing. That and making fun of them is awesome.

Fact: I am a very different person today than I was two months ago.

Fact: I now work as a bank teller. Today I get to help real people with their transactions. That's going to be fun since I have been in training for about 3 weeks.

Fact: I can sing 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' in American Sign Language, from the Beatles. SO DIFFICULT

Fact: I have heard many references to Skylark... but I don't know what it is.

Fact: I fail so hard at cultural references, so much that people ask on a regular basis if I had a normal childhood or if I lived under a rock growing up.

Fact: for some reason, I categorize colors differently than most people, so much that I've labelled myself color stupid. Example: five people tell me the roof is brown, but I thought it was grey.

It's not color blindness, and I do generally know the names of colors...but I just categorize them incorrectly. I read somewhere that colors are all perception, and don't actually exist outside of our mind. So why is my perception off?
