Hello there *waves*

No one invited me, I'm afraid, but I do hope this isn't by invitation only? I saw the topic of FOG brought up on another forum which will remain nameless (though I recognize a couple names here already, and if they see me *waves* they might recognize me as well), and was curious enough to come see the place for myself. And the forum will stay nameless, simply because I was a large forum admin for a couple years, and I'm very familiar with the in's and out's of "flame wars."

I hope it will be sufficient to say, I've got no "beef" with any boards at all ~holds out hands graciously, begins first chorus of "Kumbayah"~ and I simply enjoy writing, reading well-written stories, and good roleplaying.

My own interests revolve mostly around high and low fantasy, and have for years, though I can certainly come up with anything that involves the science fiction or horror genres ( Just... not zombies. I don't do zombie stories... )

But even if I am invitation-less, I'll continue to look around and enjoy some of the work of the people here,for as long as you'll have me.

It's cool, I'm a native Texan. I'll give you my life's story later. Right now, Ima eat pie. Also, I'm probably gonna want an apple pie after this, sexual innuendo aside. And after that, I'm gonna want catfish. Did you know they don't have any catfish in Scotland? They don't. Awesome salmon, but no catfish. I love catfish! That's the worst part of living in Scotland, even worse than the anti-americanism and prejudice against teenagers, and even a little bit worse than the rampant alcoholism and binge-drinking, although that's pretty bad. ("Go back to America" my ass!) THERE'S NO CATFISH! Stuff your haggis, I want a fillet! I went line fishing with my violin teacher's dad once, although I called him Grampa anyways, and he got stuck in the leg by a BIG one, and even though he was like 80 years old and had this huge bloody patch on his overalls, he was just going around like it was nothing, and we had to bully him into washing it and changing his pants. He wasn't THAT good at cooking it, I have to say. The best catfish I ever had was at the White Trash Cafe up in Nashville, TN, which is where my aunt lives, and about an hour from where my family is moving next month. It was AMAZING, best I've ever tasted. No wonder Scottish people are so pissy: they've never had catfish. Hey, can we skip the pecans and apples and just make a catfish pie? Or hell, skip the pie and just fillet us some catfish anyways! I hate to admit it, but I'm totally Alabamian at heart, even though I was born in Texas and lived in Chicago from 2-6 years old, cause then I moved down to Birmingham and lived there for, like, nine years. It doesn't even matter that I'm a liberal! I love catfish. Apple pie, and cherry pie, and rhubarb pie, and pecan pie, and pie pie, and I'm pretty sure if we worked at it we could make some orange pie, and there's already key lime pie, and lemon meringue, which is pretty much lemon pie, and no doubt there's a grapefruit pie somewhere even though that's disgusting, and HEY LOOK WE'RE BACK TO TALKING ABOUT CATFISH PIE! All they have here is haggis. It's shit. British cooking is awful, sorrytosay. CAN SHE HAVE ME, FATE, PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEASE?

I also heard they enjoy being dressed up in girly, pink outfits and having their fluffy hair braided and played with. Don't hold back! The more he squeals and squirms, the more he truly loves you!

I have 3 little sisters, aged 15 (nearly 16), 13, and 5 (nearly 6). There is no torture too painful, no hairstyle too ridiculous, no pink bow too frivolous, and no perfume too foul for me to bear. I do draw the line at lipstick, though.
