Naruto: Key of Destruction (OOC)

The story of Naruto never truly existed. It was a legend made up so that young ninja would grow up and try to be as strong and brave as they could be...The Uchiha clan was never annihilated. The Fourth Hokage actually succeeded in condensing the Kyuubi's form into that of a dense crystal. He then threw the crystal into a flaming volcano, hoping the evil demon would be forever destroyed. We know not if it was successful.

Welcome to the world that the mythical shinobi named Naruto lived in. Choose your country. Choose your village. Choose who you are, and how you interact with the world. For in all things, the choice is yours.

You must start as an academy student on the verge of graduation, but you can have an extra character with another rank, if you wish. And for future reference, all Academy students will be going to Konoha. It's a weird exchange program, in an effort to make a more effective fighting force.

Secret Jutsu/Bloodline limit (If you have one): Water-Element: Sacred Rushing Tsunami. Richter is unable to use this, because it is a Chuunin-level technique. He uses simple water techniques for now, in preparation for when he can use the secret jutsu.

Secret Jutsu's power:
Sacred Rushing Tsunami - A technique that calls down torrents of rain by infusing chakra with hydrogen and oxygen in the air, forcing them to combine and rain down water by the bucketload. The resulting tsunami carries away the enemy and pulls them under itself, smothering their lungs in water until they choke to death.

Personality: Born into a clan that branched off from the Hyuuga and Uchiha clans, he has an almost Sasuke-like nature, cool and calm in most situations. Richter, unlike most members of his family, tends to see the good in all people. Richter has never known his father, so he doesn't really like it when others try to be a 'father figure' for him.

Bio: Richter was born to the Avalon clan, a group of shinobi who are known for branching out, each person specializing in a different element and jutsu-type. Richter, however, was trained by his mother to specialize in the clan's main element of Water, as well as the arts of hand-to-hand combat and ninjutsu.
