High Water Mark - Iced Earth

The third piece in a trilogy set based on the battle of Gettysburg, from the album The Glorious Burden. A lot of fans disliked the album, but I think it was amazing just for the masterpiece of these songs. Jon Schaffer's high respect and passion for history, and what happened those three days, come through amazingly in each song. Having the booklet to read his comments about each song, during individual parts of them, only adds to the feeling.

I'm listening to "California" by Hawk Nelson.
